Fitness programs

The University of Vermont offers many weekly group fitness classes and personal training in its excellent workout facilities (see list on left/above). Student fitness aerobics classes include Total Body Conditioning, Zumba, dance, yoga, spinning, TRX, Pilates, and kickboxing.
